Notes
- This episode is the first part of the Elseworlds crossover with Arrow and Supergirl.
- Oliver Queen's story continues from the Arrow episode, "Unmasked";
- Supergirl's story continues from the Supergirl episode, "Bunker Hill";
- The Legends' absence from this crossover is addressed in the DC's Legends of Tomorrow episode, "Legends of To-Meow-Meow" which is set on the still-existing Earth-1 during the events of this episode.
- The story is continued in the Arrow episode, "Elseworlds, Part 2".
- Although it was originally shown in the epilogue of the "Bunker Hill", Earth-90 is confirmed to be the setting of the 1990 Flash series with John Wesley Shipp reprising his role as The Flash/Barry Allen.
- The series being set in the Arrowverse Multiverse was originally implied in "Welcome to Earth-2" where The Flash/Barry Allen made a cameo as a vision in the Speed Force.
- This episode marks the first full interaction between Superman and the heroes of Earth-1 as well as Lois Lane's first appearance in the Arrowverse continuity.
- The Monitor uses John Deegan to challenge the heroes of Earth-1 like he already did in other realities of the Multiverse, including the newly/recently-destroyed Earth-90.
- Deegan creates an alternate version of Earth-1 where Oliver Queen and Barry Allen switch their bodies. However, the reality changes are limited to the Earth-1 residents as Supergirl and Superman were not affected by the Book of Destiny's power.
Trivia

- After poisoning Oliver, Iris states "Nanites, courtesy of Ray Palmer", Oliver's iconic quote from "Rogue Air".
- Oliver and Barry's training at the Kent Farm mirrors their first training from "Flash vs. Arrow".
- In the altered reality, the A.M.A.Z.O. robot is created by the Ivo Laboratories and powered up by an altered version of the Mirakuru Serum. In the comics, Amazo is a creation of Professor Ivo whose Arrowverse counterpart.
- In the Arrowverse continuity, the Amazo was the ship led by Dr. Anthony Ivo who also perfected the Mirakuru.
