• This episode was the first chapter of a three-part crossover series between The Flash, Arrow and Supergirl. The story was continued in "Elseworlds, Part 2".

Trivia

• The crossover is named after DC's publishing imprint Elseworlds.
• The first scene at the Kent Farm features the song "Save Me" by Remy Zero. This song served as the theme song for the series Smallville.
  • Furthermore, the farm set used for the Kent Farm of Earth-38, is the same that was used as the Kent Farm on Smallville.
