- The message of Harry Wells' wife says "because in the vast night sky, you are the only star I see" which are the same words that Earth-1 Tess Morgan told Harrison Wells in the flashbacks of "Tricksters" and implies that she was Tess Morgan's Earth-2 counterpart.
- In this episode, Barry refers to Iris as his "'lightning rod" for the first time in the show. The speedsters' Lightning Rod is a concept introduced during the DC Rebirth era and refers to the one person that manages to bring back a speedster that is banished into the Speed Force.
