Harry Wells trying to restore Barry Allen's powers by recreating the circumstances of the first Particle Accelerator Explosion is vaguely reminiscent of how Flashpoint Batman/Thomas Wayne restored Pre-Flashpoint Barry Allen's abilities in Flashpoint (Volume 2) #2.
