Notes
- This episode marks the first time that Barry is able to bring someone else into the (yet-to-be-named) Flashtime.
- Earth-15 is mentioned to be a dead Earth. It will be later revealed in "A Flash of the Lightning" that it was somehow destroyed in 1986.
- In the comics, Earth-15 was destroyed by Superboy-Prime. Similarly, Earth 15 was also stated to be a dead reality until its rebirth during the events of Green Lantern: Blackstars (Volume 1); after the rebirth of the Multiverse, it became once again a dead universe.
- Its destruction in 1986 may be a reference to the Chernobyl disaster.
Trivia
- The title of the episode is a reference to the iconic Flash storyline of the same name.

- "Your Honor, I'm innocent. I didn't do this. I didn't kill anyone." is one of the lines Barry pronounced after returning from its Speed Force imprisonment.[2]
- Barry Allen's prison serial number 121984 references the December 1984 issue, The Flash #340, in which the Flash is put on trial for murdering the Reverse-Flash.
