Synopsis for "Death Touch"

The Flash foils a robbery of a Chinese restaurant and afterwards, meets the owner, Marshall Lau. Lau explains to Wally that he must master his inner power, or "chi" by traveling to Hong Kong and training with the Kung Fu master, The Wizened Sage. After travelling to Hong Kong Wally eventually does find this Wizened Sage and begins his training to master his chi and learn the "death touch" or "Dim Mak". While training the sage tells Wally the history of his order and how the Chinese government has nearly hunted his kind to extinction. One of the government's agents, Voice of the Revolution, attacks Wally and the Sage at the Sage's palace and manages to severely wound the Sage before he is killed by Wally and the Sage. Just then, the sister of the mortally wounded Voice of the Revolution, Dance of the Revolution appears on the scene with vengeance on her mind. Wally is overcome by the woman until he focuses his newly learned "chi" and turns the tide, eventually beating the sister. As the Sage and Dance of the Revolution lie gravely injured in the palace courtyard, Marshall Lau appears and offers his healing services to the wounded pair. Wally vows to return to Hong Kong at a later time to finish his training and learn the Dim Mak.
