- Know where you are now, Fatso? In the old days, they called it the Killing Floor. That's right. Livestock. On the hoof. By the dozens. Herded in, single file... to face one man... with a Very Big Hammer!

The Flash Annual (Volume 2) #6 is an issue of the series The Flash Annual (Volume 2) with a cover date of July, 1993.
Synopsis for "Undercover Angel"
Undercover agent Nick Kelly (alias "Nick Kovak")'s cover has been blown, and a lone operative from the Mob looking to start a gang war between the local factions and Combine has brought him to the abandoned Keystone railyards to snuff him. The two are intruded upon by alien parasites "Glonth" and "Venev", searching for humans to feed on. Although both of them are seemingly killed when the two parasites drain them of their spinal fluids, Nick finds himself mysteriously still alive and is taken to the hospital. Later, he finds he has developed super-powers. When he is accidentally thrown into a situation in which he has to defend an old man from a bunch of skinhead muggers, he finds he has immensely enhanced strength and reflexes, and his body disappears completely whenever he steps into shadow. Also, his eyes can see every level of the light spectrum. Donning an outfit made from leather body armor, kevlar and teflon/fiberglass, and calling himself "Arugs" Nick attempts to break into Combine headquarters, who he assumes are responsible for the monsters that attacked him. He finds out to his surprise that not only were they not involved, but he actually witnesses Venev attacking some Combine higher-ups. Kelly tracks them down to a warehouse outside of town, where Glonth and Venev have a number of human captives stored for easier eating, including most recently Linda Park. Teaming up, The Flash (rescuing Linda) and Argus defeat the alien parasites, and drive them away from Keystone City.
