Synopsis for "The Secret of the Sunken Satellite!"

When astronaut Fred Jansen lands in his capsule in the ocean, a search party is initiated to find him. It is 10 days before they find his pod and they expect Fred to have passed away. To their surprise, they find Fred still alive. This was confusing as he shouldn't have been able to survive for 10 days without food and water.

Fred starts having a series of strange dreams involving a undersea race of people. He tells this story to his friend, Barry Allen, who decides to check it out as the Flash.

Traveling to the ocean floor, the Flash finds an aquatic race of known as the Seremites who are terrorized by another race called the Maugdites. The Flash helps them fight off another Maugdite attack and inspires the Seremites to create weapons to defend themselves.

Returning to the surface world and meeting with Jansen, the Flash tells Jansen that "Barry Allen" told him his story and confirmed it as true, and gives him a ring fashioned from the rocks that illuminate the realm of the Seremites.
