Synopsis for "The Man Who Stole Central City!"
On the 86th world in Dimension 24, an advanced civilization has taken particular interest in the exploits of the Earth dimension's hero the Flash. The Teacher, Mr. Elider, travels to their neighboring dimention one a year to take a photo copy of the world using his K-Camerax machine. This photo copy of the world he takes back to their dimension for them to study. The difference is this photo copy of earth is one hour in advance to what is actually happening.
One member of this society, Modrie, decides to travel to Earth and use his advanced science and knowledge of Earth events to make himself a rich man.
Arriving on Earth and disguising himself as Mr. Odriex, Modrie makes it rich and refuses to pay his taxes making him a criminal. However, he is uncatchable due to his advance weapons that allow him to shunt any means of capture to another dimension.
Flash suits up to approach Mr. Odriex. Odriex knows he is coming due to his ability to see into the future. When Mr. Elider sees this, he travels to Earth to warn the Flash.
Flash moves faster than the naked eye can see since all the photo copy does is allow them to see the future. Flash easily defeats Modrie and turns him over to the police, who do not believe that he is from another dimension.
Flash gives an exclusive to Iris West about his encounter.
