One member of this society, Modrie, decides to travel to Earth and use his advanced science and knowledge of Earth events to make himself a rich man.

Arriving on Earth and disguising himself as Mr. Odriex, Modrie makes it rich and refuses to pay his taxes making him a criminal. However, he is uncatchable due to his advance weapons that allow him to shunt any means of capture to another dimension.

Flash suits up to approach Mr. Odriex. Odriex knows he is coming due to his ability to see into the future. When Mr. Elider sees this, he travels to Earth to warn the Flash.
