Synopsis for "Harvest of Hate"

A teenage girl, with psychic powers, summons the Flash to her. After he crashes through a brick wall of the Tabor Institute for Psychic Research, she releases him from her mind control and leaves the scene. Dazed, the Flash searches the building to find her, but to no avail.

Later, at the Central City Police Department, Barry begins to deal with an internal drug smuggling operation by reporting it to his boss, Captain Harvey Paulson.

Meanwhile, Iris continues to primp herself for her husband's attention, but a massive prison riot interrupts any reconciliation between the two and the Flash races to the rescue of Dr. Gilbert Nephron. After subduing the prisoners, the Flash heads to Dr. Nephron's lab and notices Yorkin sitting in the chair of a machine which is causing his brain to overload on thoughts of pleasure and pain.
