The Flash #770 is an issue of the series The Flash (Volume 1) with a cover date of July, 2021. It was published on May 18, 2021.
Synopsis for "Blink of an Eye, Chapter Three"
Jay Garrick, aka The Flash, has been recruited by President Roosevelt himself for a mission that could change the course of the war. He and the Ray will go to the Philippines to recover the Spear of Destiny before the Nazis can get their hands on it. Unfortunately they are too late, and the Nazis not only manage to capture the Spear, but also the two mystery men.
After five weeks in captivity, Jay is possessed by Wally West, another speedster from the distant future. Wally and the Ray escape, but they must drain the excess Speed Force energy from Hitler before he explodes and takes half the planet with him.
The Ray is able to drain the excess energy into the Spear, and Wally is sucked back into the timestream. He suddenly finds himself in the body of Reverse-Flash, having just joined the Legion of Doom.
