Synopsis for "Dream Big"

It's the night of Terrifictech's Daddy-Daughter Dance, but when Wally and Irey West arrive they find all the other attendees unconscious. A disgruntled former employee called "Doctor Nightmare" has attacked the dance with sleeping gas and a helmet which allowed him to make nightmares real, and is using the attendee's nightmares to rob the vault where Mister Terrific keeps the research he considers too dangerous to release.

Due to their super-accelerated metabolisms, Wally and Irey are not put to sleep by the gas but they can't use their powers. Wally tells Irey to stay in the car while he stops Doctor Nightmare but she argues she should be allowed to help so she can learn how to be a superhero. Wally reluctantly agrees and tells Irey to follow his lead but she goes to steal the helmet while Wally is still trying to come up with a plan. Irey successfully takes the helmet but Nightmare notices them and they are forced to flee from his army of nightmare creatures.

The two hide in a storage closet and Irey suggests she could use the helmet to bring her dreams to life and fight them. Wally sings her a lullaby and she falls asleep, bringing her dreams to life: a human-sized soldier girl action figure, a two-headed bunny, a robot lion, a panda with a mirror in its torso and a gummy dog. They fight off the nightmares and Wally knocks out Doctor Nightmare.

The police arrest Nightmare and Wally tells Iris he needs to take her home as it is well past bedtime. She complains that she didn't get to dance so they run to Paris to dance in front of the Eiffel Tower. They see a shooting star and Wally tells Irey to make a wish, but she replies it has already come true.

Unfortunately, it is not a shooting star, but a mysterious glaive hurtling through space. It crashes to Earth in Central City.
