The Flash #783 is an issue of the series The Flash (Volume 1) with a cover date of August, 2022. It was published on June 21, 2022.
Synopsis for "The Search for Barry Allen, Part 1"
Mister Terrific has used Barry Allen's unique resonance signature in the Speed Force to track him, and managed to narrow his possible location down to one of three alternate realities in the Omniverse. As only a speedster can survive the journey through the Force, the entire Flash Family except for the disappeared Bart Allen meet up at the Flash Museum to go through the Speed Force portal to the other universes and hopefully find Barry and bring him home. Linda and the twins come to see Wally off and Irey asks to help with the search but the grown-ups tell her that it's too dangerous. Linda tries to tell Wally about her new powers, but before she can Irey steals one of the devices Terrific built to guide the speedsters through the Force and runs through the portal, pulling Jai with her, hoping to prove that they are heroes. Jay Garrick tries to stop them, but he is too late and jumps through the portal after them.
The remaining speedsters split into two teams to search for Barry and the kids and Jay, and run through the portal. Jai and Irey emerge in an alley in a city at night. They look up to see a skyscraper with a neon sign reading "Allen Tower", while a dark figure in a cowl and with a lightning bolt across his chest appears behind them. Jesse Quick and Max Mercury emerge in a desert and see a car being chased by a convoy of other vehicles in the distance. They race over and see that Barry Allen is driving the car.
On Earth-Flash.1, it's another perfect day in the life of Barry Allen. He wakes up with his beautiful wife Iris, has breakfast with his children and foils a jewelry store robbery with his trusty sidekick/nephew Wally West, aka Kid Flash. Meanwhile, the real Wally and Wallace West watch them from the roof of a nearby building.
