Synopsis for "The One-Minute War, Part Four: Thunder In Your Heart"

The alien speedster who Impulse and Kid Flash rescued from the Fraction's ship tells the Flash Family about how the Fraction use technology to tap into the Speed Force and travel the Multiverse in search of resources, including "organic conduits" like them. He also explains how the Fraction draw vast amounts of Speed Force with them when they land on a planet, which is why they are stuck at top speed. He tells them they need to flee the planet but the Flash Family are determined to stay and fight.

They realise that the spire is transmitting the Speed Force to the Fraction's technology and they need to destroy it to "unfreeze" the other heroes. Wally suggests that they may be able to use one of the Fraction's engines as a bomb to destroy the spire. He, Barry, Wallace and Bart install the battery from the ship in a car while Jay and Max Mercury look for a weakness in the Fractions' defences. Before they head out, Wally consoles Barry over Iris' death, and Barry tells him that they were each planning to propose during their date before she was killed.

The Flash Family assault the spire, leaving Irey behind to "stand guard" over the frozen heroes. Jay, Wallace, Bart and Max open a breach in the wall to distract the Fraction Admiral and his elite lieutenants while Linda and Jesse open up another one on the other side. Wally manages to get inside but he is blasted by one of the Fraction's cannons and seemingly destroyed. Meanwhile, Miss Murder breaks into Terrifictech and chases after Irey.
