Synopsis for "Terminal Velocity, Overdrive: The Quick and the Dead"
With the Flash gone and Impulse injured, Kobra enacts his plan to use Keystone's geothermic energy to provide limitless power to his soldiers across the nation. With all the heroes going down around her, Linda Park decides to go down fighting, and takes on Kobra himself. However, she is sorely outmatched, and just when Kobra prepares to deliver the killing stroke, the Flash returns to defeat Kobra and destroy his machine. Wally then shares a romantic kiss with Linda and tells her that he left the heavenly Speed Force to return to her.
