Synopsis for "Dead Heat — Fourth Lap: Cut to the Quick"
Flash battles Savitar in his castle, while Jesse Quick fights Christina Alexandrova. Jesse destroys the turbine which Savitar used to steal the speedsters's super speed, and they all regain their powers.
Savitar quickly assembles 50 of his top ninjas, but Flash is soon joined by Jay Garrick, Johnny Quick, Max Mercury and Impulse.
