Jay Garrick dodges blasts from the Rogues and tries to find a way out of his confinement to warn Wally West, but one of the Weather Wizard's blasts catches him full in the back.

In Keystone City, Linda Park is reporting on the disaster that has befallen the city when a plane starts to crash, heading straight for Linda and her cameraman. In Santa Marta, California, Wally gets a feeling that Linda is in danger and runs to Keystone. He saves Linda and her cameraman. After they kiss, Linda fills in Flash on what is happening in Keystone.

Flash finds the Rogues in the street and begins battling them. In the course of the battle, he discovers that any harm to the Rogues is repaired instantly. They are already dead and cannot be killed.

Flash goes to Trickster's house and discovers his body has been turned to glass by Mirror Master. Wally rushes to see Pied Piper and then goes to Hell to visit Neron.
