The Flash (Volume 2) #135 is an issue of the series The Flash (Volume 2) with a cover date of March, 1998.
Synopsis for "Three of a Kind, Part 3: Death at the Top of the World"
It is the first day of the trial against Hatchet, Sonar and Heat Wave who sank a cruiseship and, thus, caused the death of about two dozen passengers. Flash, Green Lantern and Green Arrow were on the same cruiseship and now have to testify in the witness stand. Flash is first and basically identifies the three guilty mercenaries.
