Synopsis for "The Black Flash, Part One: The Late Wally West"
Wally West, Linda Park, Max Mercury, Bart Allen, Jay Garrick and Jesse Quick hold a picnic at Iris Allen's house on her wedding anniversary. When Max takes a picture of the group, he notices an odd black blur behind Wally.
Later, Wally tells Jay that he's planning on proposing to Linda that night. He then investigates mysterious weather patterns around the world and locates the source of the disturbances to Somalia, where Flash finds the Weather Wizard.
