Synopsis for "Chain Lightning, Chapter Two: Time Like a River ..."

Jace Allen adds a counter vibration to Jesse Quick's, enabling her to keep her atomic structure together after being hit by Cobalt Blue's flame. Jesse and Jace defeat the Cobalt Blue of that time period and Jesse gives Jace a shard from the Cobalt Blue gem and sends him on a mission to spread the word throughout time.

Flash travels through time and space to Mercury in the 853rd century. Once there, he and that time's speedster, John Fox, defeat a villain called Wetware and then continue the mission of warning.

Max Mercury travels to the year 2223, where the Cobalt Blue of that time kills one of the Flashes of that time. Max is fighting Cobalt Blue when a new Flash arrives on the scene and defeats Cobalt Blue.

Back in the present, Malcolm Thawne goads Angela Margolin into putting on headphones and listening to music so she can't hear him activating the blue flame inside the cobalt gem in the room.

Impulse travels into the future to a city in the clouds, where he teams up with the Flash of that time period.

Jay Garrick travels to an earlier future than the others and comes across Iris West, Wally's daughter. He warns her about Cobalt Blue.

In the 25th century, Flash comes face to face with Professor Zoom.
