Synopsis for "Wipe Out"
Flash arrives at Vandal Savage's hideout, where he finds out that Bassaglia and Savage have partnered to distribute Velocity 9. Savage injects Wally with the drug, and Wally runs all the way back to Bassaglia's mansion, creating sonic booms everywhere he goes.
When Wally wakes up, he has lost his powers. Bassaglia and Savage arrive and lock Wally and Conrad Bortz away for three days. Savage attempts to force Bortz into injecting Wally with another dose of Velocity 9, but Bortz instead injects Savage. Savage knocks out Bortz and manages to get away.
Tina McGee arrives to take Wally home, where his mother informs him that all his money has been lost in a stock market crash.
