Synopsis for "The Adventures of Speed McGee Part 2"

Jerry McGee is at the hospital looking after Gregor Gregorovich. He discovers a young punk who has held a nurse hostage looking for Velocity 9. Jerry manages to scare the kid off by telling stories of his own battle with steroids.

Wally West and his mother discuss Mister Gilchrist, whose daughter had been kidnapped by Vandal Savage. Wally at first had refused to help him, but when he received another call, he agreed, but for a price.

Wally, being without his superspeed, went first to the Kapitalist Kouriers for help in tracking down Savage. However, the Russian speedsters were too busy with their booming new business to help. Instead, Wally enlisted the aid of Mason Trollbridge and Jerry McGee.

Wally tried locating Savage by pretending to be interested in purchasing some Velocity 9 at a seedy bar. After an unsuccessful attempt at getting any information, he was attacked by a Velocity 9 junkie in a Flash outfit. The junkie died, and Mason found on his body a note to Wally from Savage, establishing a meeting time and place.

Wally, Mason, and Jerry arrived to find Nick Bassaglia and Trudy Powell. Bassaglia shot at Wally, whose superspeed returned just at the right time to catch the bullets. Bassaglia and Trudy were easily apprehended.

Jerry found another note addressed to Wally, this time one that led them to Gregor Gregovorich, bound and gagged with bombs strapped to his body.
