Synopsis for "Peek-A-Boo"

Flash brings Jared Morillo to Iron Heights to show him the horrible torture Gregory Wolfe is inflicting on inmates. However, they find no evidence of this when when they arrive. Tension heightens between Flash and Wolfe as they exchange words. Flash is denied permission to see Piper since he is "sick". As they walk past the chamber holding Cicada, Morillo has a reaction similar to the Harvest Cult members. He wonders what exactly Cicada's knife did to him.

Linda's admirer from class continues to follow her, giving Wally strange looks when he arrives to meet Linda. A bomb suddenly goes off at the university and Wally rushes to find Peek-a-Boo stealing something from the lab. Cyborg assists in saving people from the explosion. As Flash touches Peek-a-boo another explosion goes off and she escapes. They find a glove with fingerprints on them at the scene and use it to track her down. It turns out she was stealing a kidney for her father. Wally feels bad as she is transported to Iron Heights.

Fred Chyre learns that, due to a clause in Julie's will, he will not be able to adopt her son Josh. Iris Allen shows up to take the child.

A mobile unit calls back to Iron Heights to ask if they can bring Fallout back. The guards assigned to the unit wonder why they were asked to meaninglessly drive around the city with the prisoner in the back back of the vehicle. While they talk, Fallout suddenly melts through the side of the vehicle and escapes.
