Flash brings Jared Morillo to Iron Heights to show him the horrible torture Gregory Wolfe is inflicting on inmates. However, they find no evidence of this when when they arrive. Tension heightens between Flash and Wolfe as they exchange words. Flash is denied permission to see Piper since he is "sick". As they walk past the chamber holding Cicada, Morillo has a reaction similar to the Harvest Cult members. He wonders what exactly Cicada's knife did to him.

It turns out she was stealing a kidney for her father. Wally feels bad as she is transported to Iron Heights.
Fred Chyre learns that, due to a clause in Julie's will, he will not be able to adopt her son Josh. Iris Allen shows up to take the child.
