Synopsis for "Fall Out"

On Christmas Eve, Wally West and Jared Morillo drink eggnog together wondering what Fred Chyre is up to. Chyre went to the cemetery to visit Julie and Joe Jackam's graves. Suddenly, an explosion goes off. Fallout is wandering through Keystone City and towards the graveyard. He kills or melts everything in his way due his natural radiation poisoning. Fallout is slightly delirious and recalls killing his wife and kid by accident from his radiation. He walks past Jay Garrick's home and his wife Joan immediately feels ill from the exposure. Flash attacks Fallout who blasts radiation waves at Wally and Chyre and becomes weaker with every second. Flash grabs some Boron rods to absorb radioactivity and convinces Fallout to return to Iron Heights. Looking at the graves of his dead wife and son, he agrees to return "home". Later, Flash exchanges words with Gregory Wolfe and promises to keep an eye on him.

Iris West visits Linda Park with her newly adopted baby, Josh Jackam. Iris claims she is relieved that she no longer knows the future. Since she had been to the future and back with Barry Allen, she knew many things that would happen. The death of Julie and her son's dad being Weather Wizard were a surprise though.

Meanwhile, the Rogues look at a chart and discuss their plan. They've already taken out Chunk and Piper. They want to go after the Garricks, Morillo and Chyre next, as well as after the rest of the speedsters.

Later, Chyre and Morillo have a beer and Morillo calls Chyre a friend for the first time. As Morillo walks outside talking to his wife on the phone, he is shot in the head by Plunder (New Earth). Plunder takes off his mask and he looks and sounds exactly like Morillo. He picks up Morillo's dropped phone and continues the conversation with Mirollo's wife pretending to be him.
