Synopsis for "Red Carpet"

Iron Heights accepts Replicant, The Folded Man, and Colonel Computron as new transfers to their facilities. The officers walk past Fallout who continues to read a book. The guards discuss how he has to have dozens of copies of the same book since he burns through them when touching them due to his powers. They talk about how he is one of the only prisoners who didn't try to escape during the Gorilla Grodd breakout.[1] The guards walk past the The Turtle, Clive Yorkin, Isaac Bowen, and the recently escaped The Top's holding cell.

Wally West battles with Trickster, Tarpit, and Abra Kadabra and is nearly defeated. Jay Garrick and Impulse show up and save Wally. Wally recalls how finding out that Barry Allen was the Flash was one of the greatest days of his life. He was so proud of his Uncle. He decides to tell Jay and Bart his secret identity. However, Wally is shocked to learn they already knew the identity. Before they can explain how they knew, Dexter Miles walks up and shows Wally the newly rebuilt Flash Museum since it was destroyed by Professor Zoom.[2]

Across the street, a mysterious lady reports back via a headset to James Jesse, who is at the FBI building in Chicago. He tells the other agent they're going to hit Mirror Master first before moving forward with "the plan". James pulls out a yo-yo and rejects a request from Digger Harkness for a loan. He tells his secretary to get Paul Gambi on the phone as he needs the best tailor around as he picks up an old photo of him in the Trickster costume.

Meanwhile, Dexter shows all three speedsters the new museum. He tells them Libby Lawrence will be delivering a speech at the grand reopening tomorrow. The speedsters break out on their own for the tour. Jay tells them the Spectre told them what he was going to do with erasing people's memories. He also told them that Linda and Wally would eventually remember. In mid-sentence, Wally is teleported to the Justice League Watchtower where the Justice League tells him they need an explanation.

A dark figure on top of a building peers at Flash and states, "Flash, there is no blood sweeter."
