Synopsis for "Down Time"
Flash stops a bank robbery. Pied Piper and Wally West go on a mountain climbing trip. In the middle of the climb, Wally vomits. A medic declares that Wally can't climb any higher due to altitude sickness. Some of the group continues climbing. The others begin their descent with Wally. Wally is resting in a tent, finally over the sickness, when Piper's voice comes over the radio that his group is in trouble and need his help. He tells Wally to follow the signal locator Piper has activated. Flash zips up the mountain and saves the group.
