Synopsis for "Gorilla Warfare, Chapter 2: Life in the Fast Lane"

While he helps the Justice League Europe move their stuff to the new embassy in London, Wally rushes back home to attend Linda's talk show. Within seconds, Wally uses the embassy's teleporter as a shortcut to his home, takes a shower, shave, has breakfast, and runs to his appointment.

On the way, Flash encounters one of Green Lantern's villains: Hector Hammond, wreaking havoc in the city. Wally confronts him, but Hammond takes over his mind, and Wally passes out.

Moments later, Wally wakes up and finds himself running across the Atlantic Ocean, still under Hammond's control. Hammond explains that he needed transportation to Africa to meet his partner, Grodd. Flash has no other choice than to follow his orders and take him to Africa because otherwise, he would sink and drown if he breaks free from the telepathic link. After reaching the African wilderness, Flash starts running faster and faster, forcing Hammond to break his control. When Hammond orders him to halt, Flash stops dead on his feet, yanking Hammond away like a slingshot.

Right afterward, Flash notices a green glow in the jungle, and he's surprised to find Green Lantern. In unison, both of them question what the other is doing there.
