The Flash (Volume 2) with a cover date of February, 1994.
Synopsis for "Christmas Rush"
It's Christmas, but due to the warm temperatures in Keystone City Wally West is not in the mood for celebration. When he hears about an armed attack at the Keystone Mall, the Flash immediately reacts. In the heat of the battle the criminals let go of all the stolen money and Wally seems to lose his faith in human nature as the visitors wildly try to collect the money which does not belong to them.
Back home, Wally's girlfriend Linda Park has everything prepared for decorating the Christmas tree. This includes gifts from the fans of the Flash. Wally, still cranky, simply grabs the entire tree ornaments and decorates the tree in a few seconds. That upsets Linda who wanted to decorate the tree as a team.
Flash goes back on patrol where he first takes care of a teenage gang who looked for trouble in a toy store. A little later, the Christmas party at Wally's house begins and to Linda's regret Wally is nowhere around. Reason for this are cocaine dealers who sold their drugs dressed up as Santa Claus. After Flash has finally finished them off he returns home, but the party is already over. He talks with Piper, who was dozing on the sofa, about his bad day. Wally has no idea that he is observed by a camera hidden in one of the Christmas decorations. Watching him is Abra Kadabra who also made sure that the Flash would not come to rest on Christmas Eve. But it gets even worse for Wally, because somebody is suing him for negligence ...
