Synopsis for "Out of Time"
While trying to stop a robbery on the Keystone Central Bridge, Flash realizes he is unable to stop a police helicopter from crashing. To gain more time, he uses Johnny Quick's super speed formula, but it causes the Flash to move so fast, it appears that time has frozen. Eventually, Max Mercury finds the Flash and teaches him to not spend the rest of his life frozen in fear. Flash gains control of his speed and saves the helicopter.
In the year 2995, Iris Allen and her grandson, Bart Allen, escape the Science Police by slipping into the time stream to travel to the year 1994.
