The Flash (Volume 2) #94 is an issue of the series The Flash (Volume 2) with a cover date of September, 1994.

Synopsis for "Reckless Youth, Chapter Three: Just Do It!"

Bart Allen tried to catch a Kobra agent before he teleported, but he missed, and Wally feared that Bart had run straight into a wall at full speed. Luckily, Bart instinctively vibrated through the wall to avoid injury. Wally is astonished by that because he himself was never able to replicate that use of power from his mentor Barry Allen. Argus, who has helped Linda Park against Kobra, explains to Wally that Kobra actually is a cult leader who simply wants use his thousands of followers to rule the earth. Argus plans to find out more about him and promises to call Wally if he comes up with new information.

Later, Wally talks to Iris Allen about a memory from his past. When he was a kid an older person once came into his room and promised him that his dreams (of also becoming a Flash) would eventually come true if he firmly believed in himself. To this day Wally has no clue who that mysterious man actually was. Iris tells Wally how Bart grew up in a virtual reality resulting in him being reckless and impulsive because he thinks the whole life is a game. Iris brought Bart into this time because she wants Wally to teach Bart how to survive in the real world.

But that teaching job has to wait, because after a phone call from Argus Wally takes off to investigate a possible Kobra hideout. Bart gets stopped right in his tracks by Wally who simply says that he does "not do sidekicks". But that does not stop Bart to follow Wally and break right into the Kobra hideout which actually is a huge power plant concealed by a hologram. Thanks to Bart's thoughtless behavior a fight with Kobra's soldiers escalates. But to make matters worse, Flash also runs into Abra Kadabra. During their fight, the two of them are suddenly transported into the 64th Century ...
