Wally West tells his girlfriend, Linda Park, a little bit about how him losing his humanity when he runs too fast, but she knows he's still hiding something.

Flash and Impulse fight some Kobra Cult members and manage to steal some of their equipment. But Flash and Impulse can't stand each other, making it impossible for them to train. So at the suggestion of Max Mercury, Flash invites several other speedsters to help him teach Impulse.
