Synopsis for "Public Enemy"

The mayor assigned Barry and Darryl to work with the Rogues, much to the former's disapproval. Darryl revealed that the mayor wanted Captain Cold to help catch the Flash and in turn, the criminal wanted the aid of the Rogues and that the CCPD had scattered drones throughout Central City to detect the Flash's energy.

Later, Barry sat with his father at a diner and informed him that the CCPD was going after the Flash, but the elder Allen advised the younger to keep being the Flash, who Central City needed. Their conversation was interrupted when a janitor caused a gas leak at the West Side. Despite being wanted by the police, the Flash decided to save everyone from the gas leak, resulting in Darryl and the Rogues arriving at the West Side. Upon Darryl's orders, the Rogues put out the fire caused by the gas leak.

At the West residence, Wally saw his hands vibrating rapidly. An angry Flash briefly attacked the Rogues before running away, although Darryl was able to obtain a sample of his blood.

Meanwhile, the Flash was being monitored by the same janitor who caused the gas leak also kept Heat Wave prisoner in a tube.
