Synopsis for "Under the Gun"

The Flash and the Rogues were surrounded by the CCPD drones before the Riddler revealed himself. The Riddler revealed that he supplied the drones through a few shell corporations and instructed the Rogues to leave the city or die. The Rogues learned that Trickster scattered Lisa's astral form, although her body was fine, so they decided to take care of her while leaving the Riddler and their former teammate. Then, the Flash tore apart the Riddler's drones and attempted to attack him before the man in green revealed that he had hundreds of drones prepared to kill people across Central City if the speedster used his speed or attacked him. The Riddler took the opportunity to beat up the Flash in front of civilians and threatened to shoot them if they helped him. Although civilians wanted to help him, the Flash rejected their assistance. The man in green told Trickster that they needed to eliminate the Flash before controlling Central City. Then, they were interrupted by the Pied Piper, who drove away on his motorcycle with the Flash.

The Flash and the Pied Piper were pursued by the Riddler's drones before hiding. The Pied Piper offered his help to the Flash, who believed that they needed more firepower. Frye and other officers attempted to arrest the Riddler, although the latter gained the former's obedience by threatening to use the drones. The Rogues visited Lisa in Keystone City and Mirror Master lashed out at Captain Cold. At the Citizen newsroom, Iris claimed that someone told her that they saw the Riddler fighting the Flash. As one of the Riddler's drones was watching Wally, Henry walked in the room and asked Iris if she had been in contact with Barry. Their conversation was interrupted when they heard the Riddler speak through the drones and demand the Flash's surrender or else many would die. Trickster asked the Riddler if he would release Heat Wave if the Flash surrendered, although the man in green wanted to keep the incarcerated Rogue as a potential firebomb if he was needed.

After fifteen minutes, the Flash showed up in front of the Riddler and Trickster and revealed his true identity before surrendering.
