Synopsis for "Issue Thirteen: And Everything After"

Within The Source/Light, Wally and Barry cut the Corona Contrarium out, but Wally senses that the Deep Change is still scared and was in pain even before the Arc Angles began poisoning it. Wally says that he thinks he can heal the Deep Change and begins sinking into the Deep Change as the Arc Angles break in. Barry yells at Wally to get out and resist what is happening, but Inspector Pilgrim opens a portal back to Earth and tells Barry to come through with the Corona Contrarium, as these events need to occur.

The Arc Angles try to convince Wally to stop, telling him the Deep Change will just destroy him, but he ignores them. They then reveal that they have Linda and the kids and tell him to stop or they will kill his family. Wally rises back out of the Deep Change, but then uses his new ability to move "sideways" to attack the Arc Angles faster than even they can perceive and pull his family to safety, leaving the cosmic beings shattered but alive. The West family embrace but Wally sees the Arc Angles already beginning to reform.

However, the Deep Change awakens for the first time. It restores the Wests' broken emotional bonds and freezes them into a crystal. The Deep Change does not want to destroy the Arc Angles and so guides Jai to use his "shaper" powers to recreate them into The Stillness. The new Stillness, whose memories have been erased, ask who they are and Wally tells them they are explorers, telling them to go as far away as possible. The Stillness vanish but the Deep Change is still in pain. Linda recognises the pain as labour, meaning that the Deep Change is about to have a baby. Linda says that all they can do is offer support, and together they place their hands on the Deep Change.

The Deep Change "gives birth" and returns to its slumber. The Flash Family find themselves back on Earth in the Flash Museum. There is now a small dog with them wearing a collar with a Flash symbol, but none of them think this is odd and act as if they already know the dog, even addressing it by its name: "Foxy". They all suddenly get calls that Amanda Waller is doing something big and dash off, except for Wally who stays for a moment to speak with Linda. She can tell something is bothering him and he tells her that when the "birth" occurred, he had a vision of the future in which there were two Flashes, equals and partners but who didn't trust each other. Linda asks if they were him and Barry, but in fact they both called each other "Wally". He dashes off to help the others, promising they will talk more soon.
