Synopsis for "So The Soul"
The Justice League Boom Tube Wally West into space and have Green Arrow shoot him with an arrow tipped with Gorilla Grodd's stasis tech to try and freeze him. However, his family warn Mister Terrific that it won't work as Wally has exceeded all his limits. In space, Wally phases through the stasis bubble and disappears. Meanwhile in Skartaris the other Wally is attacked by Y'hil, but he doesn't fight back until she threatens his children. Linda, Irey and Wade teleport in from the surface and Jai and Foxy emerge from a portal. With Foxy present the Flash Family's powers function again and Wally is able to easily defeat Y'hil. Before coming back to Skartaris, Linda had Doctor Occult magically giver her the power to speak Y'hil's language, and so she tells her that Eclipso has no intention of marrying her and is trying to get her killed.
The Wally who the League tried to put in stasis falls through the Spectraverse. Inspector Pilgrim follows him in and tries to pull them out, but is unable to as Irey stole some of his equipment earlier. They end up in a realm filled with beams of coloured light, which Pilgrim suggests represent the transition streaks of the sun, moon, Earth and Atlantean machine. He notices that they appear to all be linked in some way. Wally senses something alive stretching through the network, with its soul on Earth but its body in the sun. He shifts out of the realm where Pilgim cannot follow.
On Skartaris, Y'hil asks if Linda is telling the truth. In his blissed-out state, Eclipso doesn't even bother lying and admits that she is. In response, Y'hil smashes the machine, releasing all of Eclipso's siphoned off rage. On the Watchtower, the League detect a sudden spike in seismic activity as well as something strange happening in the sun. Eclipso, supercharged by anger and ambition, bursts out of Warlord's body. He sense that the mysterious energy source is nearby and says he will devour the Flash Family one by one until he finds who it is. Foxy, blazing with power, leaps at Eclipso and attacks him. Unfortunately, Eclipso is able to engulf Foxy in his spectral form and disappear back through the wormhole. With the machine destroyed, Warlord's court regain their sense and Skyra-shaam begins to fall out of the sky. The Skartarians evacuate and Jai teleports the family to Foxy's location.
They rematerialise back on the moon. Wally checks in on the Justice League communications network and hears the reports of earthquakes and something emerging from within the sun. His other self phases into existence in front of them, battered and with his costume shredded. The League reports that the object from the sun is approaching Earth and already past Venus. The two Wallys agree that they need to recombine and start running to match their vibrations. However, just as they begun to phase together, the one who went to Skartaris hears Foxy bark and is distracted. This causes him to drop behind and so survives when his other self is obliterated by a blast of energy from Eclipso; who has devoured Foxy and ascended to a new form called "Heliophage". He declares that he will take Darkseid's throne and orders Earth to submit or be destroyed.

Trivia
- Mister Terrific saying "Forget charity races" to Superman is a nod to the iconic conversation between Superman and Flash/Barry Allen from The Flash: Rebirth #3 where, after the Kryptonian told the Scarlet Speedster that he had previously won a few races against him, Barry replied that "those were for charity" and speeds away.
