Synopsis for "Bad Moon Rising, Finale"

Eclipso begins to move the moon into place. The Justice League try to respond but Eclipso simply bats them aside. The Rogues realise he betrayed them and attempt to rebel, but he simply obliterates them. F8-3-1458 laughs hysterically at this, saying that for a moment he believed he was the "real" Flash and that his counterpart's plan to grind Eclipso down by attrition was wrong, but he now thinks he was right. However the original Wally says that there is no "one true Flash", just a flawed man trying to be the best version of himself. The clones all say that they want to be "whole" before the end and decide to fuse together. They start with F8-3-1459 and the original merging, but as they do Wally is able to see F8-3-1459's memories of his adventures in the Shadowlands.

When the original learns that Foxy is still alive inside Eclipso he breaks off the merge. He saw in the memories that Foxy is in pain from something hard inside him and realises that it is Barry Allen's Flash ring which the first clone was wearing when Eclipso ate him. He tells Jai and Irey he needs their help even though he doesn't deserve it and they immediately agree. Because the ring still has some residual Speed Force energy from Barry, Jai is able to warp space around it and create a spatial borehole leading right to it. The twins jump into the borehole and the clones all follow. The clones all run into Irey, who is able to channel the energy of the resulting explosion to blast Eclipso apart. Inspector Pilgrim grabs Foxy and the Flash Family run out through the borehole.

On Earth, Wally is having dinner with Linda. He tells her the story to Linda, and the slips out to check on the kids while she writes it up. At their house he looks in the twin's room and sees that they're not in their beds. However, he doesn't tell Barry and Iris who are babysitting and returns Barry's ring to him. He tracks the twins to Iron Heights, where they are talking to Kid Flash and Avery Ho. Ace tells them that the villains who were killed on the moon are alive again and back in their cells. He overhears Irey asking them to train her and Jai leaving to go on adventuress with Inspector Pilgrim; he decides to let them go rather than intervene. He returns to the restaurant and Linda asks him if he is the "rogue shard" or the "grim commander", and he replies that he is both. It is revealed that Wally originally did not want to merge with F8-3-1459 as all the other clones had sacrificed themselves and he did not want to see another one of them "die", but F8-3-1459 insisted on them fusing together, creating a single Wally combining elements of them both.
