Synopsis for "In the Kingdom of the Blind"

With the Deadman's help, the Phantom Stranger begins delving into the mystery of why he has been drawn back to his old friend Cassandra Craft (who now works in a school for the blind), sending Deadman to watch over her. Meanwhile Dr. N. Sein seeks to cope with being blind. In his frustration he decides to strike at Phantom Stranger again by summoning a demon and unleashing it on the town.

When it attacks Cassandra and her new friend Adam, Phantom Stranger and Deadman work together to destroy the demon. The episode leaves Phantom Stranger to believe that their work is not yet done, Cassandra now believes that the Stranger is still alive, and Dr. Sein is even more determined than ever to kill the Phantom Stranger.
