Synopsis for "The Peacemaker"

A group of men from a neighborhood watch patrol asks a Vietnam vet to join them. On patrol, they're shot at from an apartment building window. The vet, having flashbacks of the war, runs into the building, breaks into one of the apartments and shoots an unarmed kid. Realizing his mistake, he then shoots himself.

Meanwhile, in an unrelated incident, The Question busts up a crack house.
