Synopsis for "Monsters"
Neron disguises himself as a beautiful woman named Kathy Noren to seduce Ray, but Vandal Savage decides to intervene. Savage offers his soul to Neron, but the demon wants a more innocent soul. So Savage suggests the Atomic Skull instead, which Neron agrees to, but only if Savage admits he loves Ray. After the negotiations, Savage forbids Ray from seeing "Kathy," but Ray defies him and flies right to Neron.
