Synopsis for "Another Life"

Honor thinks back to her school years at St. Hadrian's Finishing School for Girls where she once forced a girl to silence before beating her against a desk while Talia al Ghul watches from behind a two-way mirror. Talia asks to see the child and discovers that she was orphaned and likely experimented on by Jonah Nine. Talia sits down and makes Honor an offer.

Honor then skips forward, to a time after St. Hadrian's, she thinks about the training drills that she ran by fighting other Leviathan agents to become one of the best - Talia reveals that she has not been training Honor for the League of Assassins, but instead for her own initiative. Honor expresses that she only wants to fight those who have done wrong, and that she wants a family - Talia promises that by working with her, Honor can have this life.

Honor continues to remember times where she fought entire rooms of assassins from the League to defend Talia. They discuss how atypical the al Ghul family is while fighting off Talia's father's assassins. Honor jumps to another moment where Talia introduces the Leviathan Organization to Honor and uses her for intimidation while walking through the dance hall.

Honor recalls one last moment, when she collapsed onto Talia's couch following her fight with Guile - Talia completes her promise and allows Honor to leave but offers to let her stay for longer, she goes to get Iodine for Honor's wounds, yet when she returns, Honor is gone.

In the present, Talia and Jonah Nine watch over the Lazarus Pit awaiting Honor to emerge when they notice the pool is empty. Honor stands behind the duo before dropping to one knee and pledging herself to Talia once again.
