Street was a member of the G-7 Authority.
History
An African-American gangster, Street served as Jack Hawksmoor's analogue, but instead cause cities to manifest stone-based avatars to fight. Street is consider to be the least intelligent and most ignorant of the G-7 Authority, and is hated by the Colonel for this. Street was killed by Midnighter by being viciously run over with a motorcycle. His body was then dumped into the Bowels of Infinity, in which the Carrier was traveling through, by the Colonel, who was glad to be rid of him.
