"The God Game, Part 1": Mr. Terrific and Ms. Terrific are on a date where Michael reminisces about the Paula from his universe, and how he identified her body by a scar in her palm, a scar which the Paula sat in front of him does not have.

The Terrifics #15 is an issue of the series The Terrifics (Volume 1) with a cover date of June, 2019. It was published on April 24, 2019.

Synopsis for "The God Game, Part 1"

Mr. Terrific and Ms. Terrific are on a date where Michael reminisces about the Paula from his universe, and how he identified her body by a scar in her palm, a scar which the Paula sat in front of him does not have. The two are interrupted by two of his T-Spheres which direct the two heroes outside where the other members of The Terrifics are fighting a gargantuan snake. Metamorpho and Plastic Man transform into snakes and jump down its throat, but Phantom Girl phases through and instead of organs, Linnya sees a digital empty space inside. As Rex and Plastic Man erupt from the snake Michael spots the cause, a being who seems to be made up of pixels and data but the silver woman escapes his cage.

The next morning, Simon Stagg ignores any questions the team have and he jumps into a meeting with a General. They introduce a new technology which is a top-of-the-line training simulator; they load up a scenario which transforms the area around them all and four Frogmen[1] come in from the beach location and demand the group's surrender. Sapphire Stagg tries to end the simulation but it will need to run the whole way through before it stops. Rex jumps in front of the bullets and defends the group until the simulation explodes into the real world - disturbing another date between Paula and Michael, and also stopping Plastic Man from eavesdropping.

Health bars like in a video game appear above the frogmen's heads, the group realise that they need to reduce their health to zero before the enemies will disappear - they manage to corner the last of the squad before they take off their diving gear to reveal the faces of frogs beneath, complete with frog tongues and they in turn escape Mr Terrific's cage and entrap the team, fortunately Mrs. Terrific swoops in to save the group by dehydrating the frogs and causing them to disappear.

Now, with the frog-men gone, they notice a cloud of insects, gnats, flying closer. Plastic Man recalls that the Stagg building toilets had broken as the water turned to blood and he realises; this is the start of the Ten Plagues of Egypt, and that their enemy isn't a video game, but God.
