Synopsis for "'Til Death Us Do Join"
A grave robber attempts to remove the engagement ring off a fat ugly woman who has swallowed poison because she was jilted, but the poison didn't kill her, and attempting to remove the ring rouses her. Rather than be hung for grave robbing, the man agrees to marry her. Later, he sees his former comrades going off to the cemetery and he longs to join them. His wife thinks he's sneaking away to be with another woman and follows him. When he makes endearing comments to baubles he has removed from an open casket, his wife charges him in anger and the two fall into the casket where the stone lid closes and they suffocate. The dead man's friends reopen the casket and rob the two of their valuables.
