Theresa Ruiz is a nurse living in Detroit, Michigan, where she works at Detroit Receiving Hospital. When Richard Dragon and Benjamin Turner moved to Detroit in pursuit of the Circle of Six their apartment was across the hall from Theresa's and she and her son befriended them.
