- Wildcat III was created by Mark Waid and Alex Ross, first appearing in Kingdom Come #2. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Wildcat III first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in DC's Harley Quinn Romances #1 by Raphael Draccon, Carolina Munhóz, and Ig Guara.
