Tommy Merlyn, alias Prometheus, was a villain from Earth-X.

History

He traveled to Earth-1 to help disrupt the wedding of Barry Allen and Iris West. During the fight he was knocked out and captured. He was taken to S.T.A.R. Labs where he was held in the Pipeline. While there, he revealed his identity and met with Oliver Queen. He mocked Queen before swallowing a suicide pill and dying.
