Tommy Spuggs, who at a very young age would change his name to Tommy Willowtree, was approached by the mysterious group called Guardians of the Merlintrove to take John Constantine's place as the new Magelord of England.[1]
History

This cosmically attuned mage has held evil at bay with the force of his positive white magic, unlocking a new era of peace for the citizens of London.
