Thomas Wayne, Jr. is the son of Thomas Wayne, making him the brother of Bruce Wayne. In Pre-Crisis, Thomas sustained brain damage as a child and was sent away to Willowood Asylum. When he reached adulthood, he escaped and became the assassin Boomerang Killer. Following Crisis on Infinite Earths, Thomas Wayne, Jr. was established as the alternate universe super-villain, Owlman, a dark counterpart of Bruce's heroic alias, Batman. During The Court of the Owls, Gotham City mayoral candidate and secret Talon, Lincoln March claimed to actually be Thomas Wayne, Jr. He has been a member of the Court of Owls and the Crime Syndicate.
