  • Hey, I'm banning you for a week. This is a slap-on-the-wrist punishment because I think you do a lot of good work here and you could be a really great member of the community. Right now though, I need you to rethink the way you're interacting with people on here. I have gotten so many behavioral complaints from different people about trying to work out issues with you. I have repeatedly noticed you behaving in an extremely hostile way to others that is completely unwarranted. You're repeatedly ignoring admin requests and then accusing admins of fascist behavior for trying to enforce basic community standards. I'm sure you have counterpoints, I don't care. I'm not here to argue with you. I'm just letting you know: The way you're interacting with people right now is making people hate working with you. It's making the community a more hostile and unpleasant place. The admins on here are pretty good guys, I've had most of them over at my house, they're very reasonable people. The business of a comic book wiki is not that serious, and ultimately it's pointless if we're not having a good time. There is no reason for it to lead to this much aggression. Your ban expires in a week, you can come back if you're willing to work on being less aggressive and hostile. If you think I'm being unreasonable, you're welcome to leave. If I keep seeing a problem I'm just going to ban you for longer. I can recognize that you're a well-intentioned person and I hope I don't have to do that.

    • Sure. And where do you propose I discuss my grievances with adminship here? What is the most appropriate venue?

    • To clarify: *for future issues*, rather than litigating things over talk pages and message walls.
